Q. Is the booking system secure ?
A. Yes. It is operated by a Qbook who provide the highest standards of encryption and security.
Q. Why is it cheaper to book online.
A. The system is automated and automatically sends out confirmations and updates our availability at numerous outlets. We would otherwise have to do this manually which takes a lot more time.
Q. If I cancell do I get my deposit back.
A. No. Whilst we have held your deposit other people trying to book your room will have been prevented from doing so. They will most likely have booked alternative accommodation. Larger chains often take full payment at the time of booking and will not offer any refunds.
Q. How early can I check in?
A. We ask that rooms are vacated by 10AM and in order to service the rooms we cannot guarantee that you will be able to check in before 2pm. In the event that the room is unoccupied the night before then an earlier check-in would not be a problem.
Q. Can I make a provisional booking.
A. No.Our rooms are available to book through numerous channels and the only way to prevent anyone else booking a room is to book it yourself.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Unfortunately we are unable to allow dogs in the guest rooms.
